Eagle Bay - "Guest House Punchlist"

MCS is assisting the owners with rectifying an incomplete project. Scope of work includes managing certificate of occupancy and electric issues, installation of an egress window, punchlist and finish work/trim.

Inlet - "Porch Stairs and Concrete Replacement"

This project started as a removal and replacement of the lower sidewalk and the posts holding the porch. Added work includes removal and replacement of 3 additional small concrete slabs and the complete replacement of the 2 old stair sets. Stair sets to be rebuilt with Trex decking to match the back deck. Expected completion is September of 2025.
