Old Forge - "Yellow House Remodel"

This project was an abandoned/uninhabitable structure on the backstreets of Old Forge. The home was originally built in 1932 and the inside is now fully renovated and housing Mitchells... Exterior improvements are part of the next phase. More Photos Coming Soon

Eagle Bay - "Guest House Punchlist"

MCS is assisting the owners with rectifying an incomplete project. Scope of work includes managing certificate of occupancy and electric issues, installation of an egress window, replacement of a shower enclosure, punchlist and finish work/trim.

Inlet - "Porch Stairs and Concrete Walk Replacement"

This project started as a removal and replacement of the lower sidewalk and the posts holding the porch. Added work includes removal and replacement of 3 additional small concrete slabs and the complete replacement of the two old stair sets. Stair sets rebuilt with Trex decking to match the back deck. Work completed Fall of 2025. More pictures coming in Spring!
